The following explains how to install addons from Blender Sensei, though these basic steps can be followed to install any Blender addon.
Open Blender. Go to Edit > Preferences.
In the left-hand column select “Add-ons” and then press “Install” in the top right corner.
Navigate to the location of the addon zip file, select it and then press Install Add-on.
Check the box next to the installed addon to activate it.
