Is there any plan on extending the Animation/Rigging Crash Course to include mechanical rigging. Everyone and his dog do character rigging whereas the mechanical stuff is fairly scarce.
I’ve a selfish reason for asking this: I’ve set myself a challenge in order to aquatint/improve my Blender skills using the Sensei apps. The challenge in question is to model and animate a V12 engine (yes I know, start small!!). The modeling I’m ok with, the rigging/animation is something currently out of my scope. I know the basics but everything I know is based on character animation. Whilst it shouldn’t be a big deal, it is. Just knowing where to start would be useful.
